Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial negotiations. Proven success in negotiating large, complex enterprise deals, strong financial and analytical skills, the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills, including executive presentations, are essential. Familiarity with technology or publicly traded companies, experience driving procurement transformation, proficiency with enterprise finance systems, comfort with ambiguity, and strong executive presence are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Strategic Procurement & Deals will drive strategic procurement and vendor management for major enterprise contracts, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes and strong vendor relationships. They will partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to structure and negotiate deals across various enterprise categories, and develop scalable procurement processes that balance speed, governance, and compliance while driving cost savings and ROI. Responsibilities also include evaluating and benchmarking vendor proposals, advising executives on vendor strategy, communicating the P&L impact of vendor and deal decisions, serving as the internal authority on vendor contracts and procurement strategy, and supporting company rhythms like quarterly business reviews and long-range planning.
