Responsibilities

The Director, Commercial Marketing will build and lead the Commercial Marketing function, serving as an engine for commercial strategy and driving a customer-centric approach. This role involves developing integrated marketing plans and commercial programs to drive awareness and adoption of Aquablation. Responsibilities include providing vision for commercial marketing strategies, aligning with marketing operations, and defining commercial marketing goals and KPIs. The individual will establish marketing best practice standards and equip commercial teams with impactful sales materials. Key duties involve building a continuum of marketing programs for surgeons, their practices, and hospitals, identifying and quantifying barriers to adoption, and developing targeted programs to address these barriers with compelling messaging and evidence. The role requires aligning with sales leadership on a unified go-to-market strategy, including defining the value proposition and competitive messaging, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and seamless delivery of content. Furthermore, the Director will provide strategic insights into the annual planning process, partner with international colleagues to adapt US strategies for global markets, and drive program launch excellence initiatives for successful integration of Aquablation into hospitals and practices. Leading urologist practice integration initiatives to build sustainable Aquablation programs is also a core responsibility.
