  • Experience building high-quality sales funnels in partnership with marketing and sales
  • Accountability for one or more recognized professional disciplines
  • Ability to act as a key advisor to executive management

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnerships alignment and new opportunities with HPE to deliver measurable business growth and customer success
  • Lead HPE Financial Services' (HPEFS) integration with HPE to bring innovative financing solutions, IT asset management solutions, sustainability, and investment capacity solutions to customers and partners
  • Lead edge-to-cloud transformation in close collaboration with HPE global business units and functions
  • Drive best-in-class integration between HPEFS and other HPE business units
  • Actively seek out new offers, programs, and market opportunities to support mutual growth and profitability of HPEFS and supported BUs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key BU and sales leaders to ensure HPEFS is represented consistently and integrated into product and GTM opportunities
  • Devise and execute a measurable growth plan meeting business goals for geographic and/or service business areas, including accountability for revenue and order targets
  • Build high-quality funnels that generate customer demand in partnership with marketing and sales
  • Drive incremental growth initiatives supporting financial targets for lease origination, lease management, and lifecycle services
  • Develop and execute alliance strategies with key HPE partners to accelerate market adoption and revenue growth of HPE offerings
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for joint solutions, co-selling, and GTM initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HPE business units and GTM, especially key leaders
  • Ensure alignment to maximize co-sell motions
  • Track, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, revenue impact, and pipeline contribution
  • Align internal teams and simplify messaging to create clarity and focus, driving qualified leads through strategic partnerships and tools
  • Establish systemic product lifecycle integration with all BUs, including HPE Networking
  • Expand IT Lifecycle Services (LCS) and financing opportunities for HPE Networking
