Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience, and at least 5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model. They must have at least 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations, an expert level understanding of Workday Integrations, and a mandatory Workday certification.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Senior Principal Consultant will serve as an onshore lead, overseeing integration workstreams for assigned accounts, collaborating with offshore teams on daily activities and incident resolution, and providing on-call support as needed. They will drive trend analysis, service improvements, and value additions, contribute to asset and tool development, execute day-to-day integration project activities, provide subject matter expertise, lead teams of consultants, conduct customer sessions, mentor other consultants, and participate in proposal development.
