Position Overview

Hotspex Media is seeking a Director of Agency and Brand Partnerships to support the growth and expansion of our client and agency relationships within the U.S. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing outreach and proposal efforts, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships across the media and marketing landscape.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Director of Agency and Brand Partnerships will help position Hotspex Media as a collaborative and performance-driven media partner by building strong relationships with prospective clients and agency teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across brands and agencies.
  • Lead the end-to-end business development process from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to align outreach strategy with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and introductory materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM (HubSpot).
  • Coordinate with internal teams on handoff and onboarding of new partners.
  • Represent Hotspex Media at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and shifts in client needs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within media, advertising, or ad tech.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and grow new client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and media agency landscape.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120K - $175K USD, commensurate with years of experience.
  • Bonus: Up to 8% of net revenue generated based on the established target.
