Responsibilities

Développer et piloter un plan d’action régional aligné sur les objectifs stratégiques
Gérer un portefeuille produit et garantir la performance de l’équipe sur l’ensemble des segments clients
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance et proposer des ajustements pour maximiser le retour sur investissement
Encadrer et coacher l’équipe pour les responsabiliser et maximiser leur potentiel
Mettre en place des plans de développement personnalisés et collectifs
Être un acteur/une actrice clé dans la transformation et le changement, en favorisant une culture d’innovation et d’excellence
Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, Médical, et Pharmacien Responsable pour assurer une interaction différenciante avec les clients
Promouvoir une dynamique collaborative entre les différentes fonctions et garantir la coordination des actions sur le terrain
Veiller au respect des réglementations, notamment la Charte de l’information promotionnelle et les obligations liées à la pharmacovigilance
Être un modèle d’éthique et garantir des pratiques conformes dans toutes les activités
