Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts
  • Collaborate with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts
  • Complete onboarding milestones within the first month, including Getting Started Checklist, Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, HR sessions, Identity University courses, Challenger Sales Training, learning the SailPoint pitch, meeting key stakeholders, shadowing discovery calls, and familiarizing with digital tech stack and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo)
  • By 3 months: Complete Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights, Revenue Onboarding, mock discovery call, refine SailPoint Pitch, create and review development plan, shadow 4 discovery calls, align top 4 accounts, make first 10 calls in Outreach, book first discovery call, create at least one opportunity in Salesforce, and deliver against Core KPIs
  • By 6 months: Achieve funnel and pipeline targets and all associated milestones
