Candidates should possess experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales, demonstrating effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for persuasion. A deep understanding of digital sales techniques is also required, along with familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics, working closely with a team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. They will deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model, maximize revenue in target accounts, and achieve milestones within the first month, including completing onboarding coursework, familiarizing themselves with the organizational structure, completing Challenger Sales Training, and demonstrating proficiency in prospecting and lead conversion.
