Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for PointClickCare’s electronic health record products and services, directly impacting the growth of the business. You will proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs, generate interest, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic territory planning, account planning, and account cohorting, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and document relevant information. You will also be involved in conducting research, developing strategic campaigns, and contributing to booking and revenue targets, ultimately establishing a positive relationship with prospects and supporting account-based campaigns.
