Job Description

Join our Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) and make a tangible impact daily. We believe every conversation, line of code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Director, Field Integrated Solutions (FIP), you will be at the forefront of our organizational growth. Through persistence, resilience, and passion, our AEs drive business by engaging with potential prospects, building relationships, and closing product sales.

This role involves managing all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and full discovery to performing virtual demonstrations of our software products. It requires a blend of outbound prospecting and managing inbound opportunities, along with collaboration with other AEs specializing in specific vertical markets. You will contact potential customer leads, gather data, and offer solutions through consultative sales methods to guide them towards signing up for our solutions and processing services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored virtual demonstrations to prospects based on their specific needs and priorities.
  • Think strategically and customize sales approaches, leveraging existing assets and mapping them to customer challenges.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and value propositions.
  • Generate new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Identify and validate sales opportunities and drive post-demo engagement to close business.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success, and Marketing teams to support mutual efforts.
  • Develop warm and cold leads to initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls to assess fit.
  • Build relationships with new contacts through phone, email, professional networking, and social media.
  • Think creatively and systematically to identify potential improvements in our cold calling and sales approach, presenting new ideas for process and outcome enhancement.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge, staying current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet monthly booking number goals as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Note: This position is eligible for a commission plan. This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. #LI-Remote
