Requirements

Responsibilities

The Digital Analytics Lead will serve as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence, identifying unique insights and solving complex business challenges using various data sources. They will provide strategic thought-leadership on Business Intelligence best practices to internal and partner organizations. The role involves providing ongoing data, analysis, and insights to cross-functional product development teams to optimize sales performance and improve member experience. Responsibilities include building and presenting story-driven presentations based on analytics, creating dashboards in Adobe Experience Platform and Excel, and leading the relationship with Engineering partners for digital tagging and instrumentation. The Lead will own multiple projects, collaborate with adjacent BI and data science teams, manage and prioritize requests, and dig beneath the surface of problems to ascertain the "Why" in backend data. They will convert findings into understandable, data-backed recommendations to influence future digital experience strategies.
