Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build best-in-class solutions, perform business and software analysis, and potentially coordinate initiatives within a product team. They will monitor, identify, and correct software defects, produce concepts and prototypes for digital products, and recommend technical optimizations. The role involves driving the maintenance roadmap, diagnosing and correcting faults, allocating short-term work schedules, and developing team capabilities through training and coaching. Additionally, they will contribute to program management plans, guide database design and development, and support the collection of functional requirements.
