Candidates need total experience of 5+ years with a minimum of 2-3 years in a hands-on digital advertising role, preferably in an Amazon-focused agency, plus line management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills including budget management, and the ability to think strategically with a commercial focus.
Pattern seeks Game Changers who approach problems with an open mind, share ideas, reassess plans, and drive improvements, as well as Data Fanatics, in a collaborative environment working closely with Brand Management, Merchandising, and SEO/Content teams.
Strong candidates have 5+ years of experience including 2-3 years hands-on in Amazon-focused digital advertising, line management experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, strategic thinking with a commercial bias, and embody Game Changer and Data Fanatic traits; experience with retail/ecommerce clients is desirable.
