Skills to develop the right level of instructional material suitable to the target audience
Strong communication skills for delivering training within established programs
Ability to build strong relationships with colleges to accelerate the training program
Disciplined ability to work remotely and in person with a multi-cultural team
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior DEWALT Academy Training Manager to formulate a training program aimed at engaging young trade professionals and educational institutions
Support the conducting of thorough research to understand the demographics, prior knowledge, learning preferences, and specific needs of the target audience (using surveys, interviews, and focus groups)
Support the development of appropriate training materials aligned with the strategy and research feedback, utilizing face-to-face sessions, digital modules on the MYTOOLS Training platform, or video content
Establish relationships with technical colleges to become the power tool trainer of choice for the industry
Support and provide guidance to Trade Schools, ensuring they are compliant with ever-changing regulations (e.g., dust, noise, vibration)
Deliver training to key targeted colleges once the curriculum and training material has been developed, across the region
Measure all training activity to provide full accountability and ROI
