Requirements

Candidates must possess a current license as an NASCLA/ICC Certified Contractor and have prior experience teaching pre-license courses in construction-related trades or professional education. They should be comfortable instructing classes covering both NASCLA Trade Exam Prep and Business Law.

Responsibilities

The Instructor/Student Support Representative will prepare and teach webinar pre-licensing content, leading exam prep classes to help students pass their NASCLA Certified Licensing exams. They will instruct assigned course material, actively engage with students over Zoom, and design teaching strategies to meet course objectives. Responsibilities also include evaluating student achievement, mentoring students, tracking performance issues, participating in faculty meetings, assisting with course content updates, conducting student orientations, and holding virtual office hours. Additionally, they may script and film instructional video content and develop practice questions.
