As a DevOps Team Lead, the individual will lead and shape the direction of DevOps at Gearset, influencing infrastructure decisions and best practices. They will also develop and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while tackling complex scaling challenges and collaborating across the company to drive operational excellence. Furthermore, they will proactively identify and mitigate risks related to security, scalability, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and working alongside the team to operate and evolve the infrastructure and development practices.
