Requirements
- In-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline (functional systems and technology)
- Ability to act as a high-level individual contributor and subject matter expert
- Capacity to serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Responsibilities
- Provide business configuration consultation, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for functional systems and technology inquiries and requests from department heads and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements for assigned functions and projects
- Design, build, and test new enhancements; ensure production support and resolution of defects
- Support systems rollout, training, and communication
- Provide user feedback to management to influence future systems enhancements
- Conduct regular data integrity maintenance and audits to ensure data quality
- Conduct needs analysis to determine integration requirements
- Monitor and evaluate new enhancements
- Work with quality assurance team to ensure all necessary testing is accounted for and documented
- Provide feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of process design and redesign to present and support functional and technical solutions
- Provide reporting when and as needed
- Document all configuration and design activity within function(s)
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
