Key skills are communicating technical issues across all levels and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Strong candidates have a BS in a relevant field, hands-on experience in systems engineering and safety artifacts for autonomous systems, experience deploying safety-critical robotic or AV systems, and excellent communication skills with a hands-on mindset for fast-paced work; a Master's and tools like DOORS or Jama are preferred.
