Requirements

4+ years at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, or at a company that deploys complex SaaS solutions, where you worked closely with customers on onboarding, implementation, and training
Extensive experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms
Accounting experience and/or CPA (a plus, but not required)
Process-oriented: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear and repeatable steps and managing execution
Strong communicator: Clear at explaining concepts and comfortable collaborating with both senior and junior stakeholders
First principles reasoner: Able to question assumptions and apply lessons to new situations
Company-builder: Excited to lay the groundwork, technically and culturally, as we rapidly scale
Excited about AI in accounting: Passionate about how AI can transform accounting practices

Responsibilities

Be the face of Basis for your accounts, owning post-sale success from kickoff to adoption to expansion
Lead engagements, run workshops and training
Translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done
Provide constant feedback to the Engineering team on product improvements, directly impacting the future of the platform
