Demo Solutions Engineer

Keeper is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Demo Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions. This is a 100% remote position with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for those based in the Chicago, IL metro area. About the Role

The Demo Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to create tailored demo experiences that help accelerate our sales cycle. You will play a critical role in our pre-sales process by creating, customizing, and delivering compelling product demonstrations that show prospects the real value of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain high-impact demo environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios.
  • Collaborate with sales reps, solution engineers, and product managers to understand customer needs and design tailored demo flows.
  • Build self-service and live demo assets in AWS using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Deliver engaging live or recorded demonstrations for prospects and partners.
  • Automate and optimize demo environment deployment, resetting, and data generation.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on demo best practices and asset usage.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve demo experience and capabilities.
  • Work with product and engineering to represent customer pain points and advocate for demo-related features.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, demo engineering, or technical product marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, SaaS, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience creating or managing technical environments for demos or Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and demo automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
