Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, particularly in conversational AI and virtual agents. Experience with building and maintaining demo infrastructure, including integrations with CCaaS and CRM systems, is essential. Familiarity with various industries and buyer personas is required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams. Experience with pilot and proof-of-concept support is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Demo Engineer will build and maintain demo infrastructure, including developing internal tools, extensions, and connectors, and ensuring the reliability and performance of demo environments. They will create and maintain synthetic conversation data and call flows to demonstrate end-to-end scenarios across different verticals. This role involves empowering Solutions Engineering through tooling and enablement, collaborating with Product to understand feature 'why's', and building demo walkthroughs and enablement decks. Additionally, the Demo Engineer will design industry-relevant use cases and experiences, craft vertical-specific scenarios, curate visual assets and sample data, and support pilots and proof-of-concepts by configuring integrations and simulating flows.
