• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Content Creation for Monthly LOB Demand Review: Create and present the 18-month rolling demand plan, including assumptions, drivers, and risks/opportunities.
• Drive Collaborative Forecasting: Identify quantified risks, review gaps, and develop countermeasures with internal stakeholders.
• Lead Demand Planning Reviews: Measure the effectiveness of the demand planning process and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Incorporate Product Management Guidance: Ensure forecasts support new product development objectives and assist in conversion from one item to another.
• Create and Maintain Forecasting Models: Develop forecasting models for each item at each stocking location and for key customers within designated product lines.
• Manage Forecasting System (APO or Similar): Optimize the system for modeling the business and improve planner productivity.
• Ensure Forecast Alignment: Align the consensus forecast with the 18-month forward plan for handover to the Supply team, communicating any significant changes proactively.
• Contribute to Budget and Operating Plan: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop underlying demand assumptions and scenario planning.
• Compliance: Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
• Reputation Protection: Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
