  • Worked in an early-stage startup environment with 3+ years of total work experience in product, growth, or marketing roles
  • Self-starter, comfortable being the first in the role and building out the playbook
  • Solicits inputs from the team but operates with considerable autonomy
  • Creative, thinks from first-principles, brings unorthodox ideas, and brainstorming comes naturally
  • Has run real experiments that turned into real results, cares about outcomes over channels
  • Organized and decisive, can take a messy problem and move it forward fast without perfect information
  • Bonus: Managed paid campaigns hands-on or with an agency, knows how to tie spend back to pipeline (or eager to dive in with data experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media efforts: develop new campaign ideas and optimize performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Ship fast, weird, high-reward ideas, from one-off stunts to creative outbound campaigns
  • Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, working across marketing team (events, content, product marketing, BDRs) to align creative, timing, and channel strategy for qualified pipeline
  • Design and run growth experiments across channels, from A/B testing the website to new plays on landing pages or third-party platforms
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, experiment results, and growth trends, using insights to influence next steps
  • Be a multiplier by bringing structure and speed to campaigns on the marketing team
