The Deal Operations team owns the full lifecycle of every deal launched on Sydecar, ensuring smooth operations by working directly with fund managers and investors to solve problems, keep timelines on track, and collaborating across teams.
Strong candidates have 2–3 years in customer-facing roles like support or operations, preferably in FinTech, with excellent communication, attention to detail, customer empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
