Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations roles. They must also possess 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and a CPQ tool or similar price quoting platform, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite. Experience working with a remote sales team is preferred, and strong organizational, innovative, and detail-oriented skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and a self-starter attitude for a fast-paced, self-directed environment are required. A Bachelor's Degree or related experience is desired, and the ability to price and structure deals is a plus.
The Deal Desk Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, assisting with the quote-to-cash process and order management operations. Responsibilities include efficiently and accurately managing opportunities, supporting quote generation, reviewing products, and calculating bookings. They will also create sales order forms and amendments in collaboration with sales, validate contracts against Salesforce CRM opportunities and CPQ, and monitor/enforce Salesforce CRM data accuracy and compliance. The analyst will partner with other RevOps teams, billings, finance, and sales teams to progress opportunities and proactively suggest and implement operational improvements to systems and processes.
