Proven ability to manage high deal volume and tight deadlines, especially during quarter-end, is necessary. Analytical, self-motivated, and confident in making data-informed decisions with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail are essential.
The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams on deal construction and negotiation, owning and managing a book of business. They will review quotes, provide feedback, ensure accuracy and compliance, and approve or escalate deals. Responsibilities include drafting and tracking order forms, collaborating with internal teams to close deals, enforcing processes for data integrity, gathering required information for booking, ensuring contract execution, and validating quarter-end procedures. The role also involves becoming a subject matter expert in the CPQ tool, training new account executives, coordinating information flow across departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, contributing to deal desk policy development, and fostering cross-functional relationships.
