Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations roles. Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools or similar quoting platforms is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite. Preferred qualifications include experience with remote sales teams, Portuguese and/or Spanish language proficiency, and a Bachelor's Degree or related experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, assisting with the quote-to-cash process and order management operations. Responsibilities include managing opportunities, generating quotes, calculating bookings, creating sales order forms and amendments, and validating contracts against Salesforce CRM and CPQ. The role also involves monitoring Salesforce data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and proactively suggesting and implementing process improvements.
