Responsibilities

  • Represent Fifth Third Bank in communities to create positive brand perception and build relationships inside/outside financial center
  • Actively engage and create opportunities for bankers in local chambers, community groups, activities, and events to optimize branch network and network with potential customers
  • Develop a business plan focusing on local centers of influence, detailing implementation and measuring partnership strength to drive new customer business
  • Provide customer services for businesses and community, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction
  • Lead community-benefiting activities and use consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions
  • Grow and deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through memorable experiences
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by coaching team on tech tools and integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessment (FNA)
  • Source, develop, coach, and lead a team reinforcing Core Values and business strategies
  • Cultivate One Bank culture collaborating with business partners and include them in financial/community events
  • Provide direction and oversight to sales/service support, daily operations, and staffing needs
  • Ensure actions drive positive customer experience and operate within Bank's risk appetite
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
