Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our growing Data Intelligence team. This individual will play a critical role in designing and delivering actionable data solutions that drive transparency, efficiency, and strategy execution across our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on role that combines advanced data visualization, data engineering, and business collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience in Power BI/Tableau and SQL and thrives on transforming complex data into clear, impactful stories.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs, trends, and business opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to define reporting needs, identify insights, and build robust KPI tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of trade data into the internal CRM to support sales credit and compensation processes.
• Use SQL to extract, clean, and merge data from disparate systems (CRM, trade data, marketing platforms, etc.).
• Serve as a data translator between technical systems and business teams.

Experience and Required Skill Set

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function—preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau, data modeling, and report publishing.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Experience working with CRM systems and understanding of sales and marketing processes.
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive mindset.

Supplementary Skills and Desirable Experience

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with trade data or working with custodians/distributors.
• Understanding of financial products, portfolio strategies, or ETF ecosystems.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
