Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment, along with a strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies. They must have 3-5 years of experience in domains such as interactive media, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or analytics-driven platforms, and 3-5 years of direct experience working with engineering teams. Strong knowledge of data concepts, including raw streaming data, data modeling, and metadata, is required, alongside a demonstrated ability to work with engineers to scope, size, and break down work based on requirements.

Responsibilities

The Data Delivery Lead will coach the team on Scrum principles and practices, helping them to have a clear vision and self-management. They will manage team resources to ensure effective participation in agile events and commitment towards assigned work, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. The role involves coordinating cross-project dependency and release management activities, facilitating triage of incoming customer tickets through ServiceNow, managing the Sprint Backlog in Jira, driving change requests, establishing release communications, and driving program level performance reporting. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for driving change requests for any committed work during a Quarter and fostering a collaborative, politics-free environment with the team.
