Candidates must possess a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including channels, platforms, and measurement strategies. Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and A/B testing or causal inference frameworks is required. Strong technical fluency in data, analytics, and modeling concepts, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, a minimum of eight years of related work experience with five years in advanced marketing optimization, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience are also necessary. The Data Analyst will execute marketing attribution products to build analytic insights that shape marketing strategy. They will partner with marketing, data science, and data engineering teams to define and deliver attribution solutions that drive business impact. Responsibilities include translating marketing and business questions into analytical approaches, evangelizing attribution methodologies and experimentation best practices, running monthly marketing performance assessments and “what if” scenarios, building consensus and influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring attribution products are scalable, accurate, and actionable across digital and offline channels. The role also involves participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
