A deep technical and business expertise in digital marketing use cases and strategies across content, data, and customer journeys is required, including CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, and mobile engagement. Proven ability to engage with senior executives, build consensus, and deliver impactful solutions in customer-facing environments is essential. Proficiency in breaking down intricate ideas for diverse audiences and exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities are also necessary.
The Multi-Solutions Architect will represent Adobe Services as the lead Architect on key accounts, defining solution strategy and architecture, and leading overall implementation for Adobe Solutions. They will bring deep knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align enterprise solution architecture with business strategy, identify key business drivers, and recommend future state system and application architecture. The role involves working with customer teams to establish use cases, goals, and architecture, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT roadmaps, and evangelizing recommendations to executive leadership. Additionally, the architect will act as a liaison between business and IT experts and share customer feedback with product teams to improve product capabilities.
