Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience working in the insurance industry, call center, and proficient in computers

Responsibilities

  • Work with insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
  • Manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding policy information
  • Process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across communication channels (high volume of calls, email, letters)
  • Document all client communication across several platforms
  • Be the point person for clients as well as their customers
