Requirements

Candidates should have experience in customer support via phone, email, and chat, possessing excellent and phenomenal phone skills. They must be well-organized and self-driven, and reside in AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, or WA. Property & Casualty Insurance licensing is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will assess and evaluate customer issues, including coverage challenges, complaints, and payment issues, providing timely and effective solutions. They will coordinate onboarding documents for sale finalization, apply problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance situations, and ensure accurate information and customer coverage verification. Responsibilities include delivering proof of insurance paperwork, resolving billing and general issues, assisting in the development of new customer onboarding and retention processes, and providing feedback for existing process improvements. The role also involves resolving carrier and customer complaints, initiating timely follow-ups with clients by entering carrier portals, and proactively educating customers on maintaining stable and affordable coverage.
