Аналитические способности
Желательно опыт работы на аналогичных автоматизированных аналитических системах
Желательно знание алгоритмов ведения КК на практике в рутинной лаборатории

Responsibilities

Предоставление клиентам компании консультаций касательно анализаторов, систем и инструментов по телефону, электронной почте или через on-line инструменты
Вести соответствующую отчетность по взаимодействию с клиентами в рамках поддержания соответствия стандартам Abbott по вопросам качества, в соответствии с юридическими нормами, корпоративными политиками и процедурами в области клиентского сервиса
Организация тренингов для клиентов по вопросам корректной работы на оборудовании Abbott
Выездные консультации на территории клиента для решения прикладных вопросов, проведение тренингов и обучающих мероприятий для операторов оборудования
