Candidates should have previous experience in a technical customer support role for at least 1-2 years, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience working or interacting with various web and mobile apps, resilience and resourcefulness, the ability to learn quickly, curiosity, and the ability to put themselves in the customers’ shoes. Experience working in the Support function of a SaaS company, experience supporting a US Payroll software, or experience working in the restaurant industry is preferred. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
As the Customer Support Representative, you will act as the first point of contact with 7shifts customers via chat, email, and phone channels to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve concerns, educate customers on basic product training, identify new ways customers can benefit from the product, proactively track requests and commonly occurring issues, collaborate with the Support team, and report software bugs to the appropriate teams.
