The Customer Success Technical Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them on architectures, patterns, and strategies for their Confluent subscription. Responsibilities include advocating for customers internally, identifying and addressing technical objections, supporting customers through technical lifecycle activities like architecture planning and security design, and providing guidance on advanced technical topics such as data mesh and stream processing. The role also involves developing customer reviews, documenting and transferring knowledge, influencing product roadmaps based on customer environments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
