The Customer Success Manager will build and nurture client relationships by developing long-term partnerships, proactively engaging with customers to understand their goals and track key performance indicators, and ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes using Common Room. They will serve as a consultant, delivering tailored training and strategic insights, and taking ownership of contract renewals and expansion opportunities. Furthermore, the role involves acting as a product expert, identifying potential risks to customer satisfaction, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to represent customer perspectives and improve the overall customer experience.
