Head of Customer Success

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience and have legal authorization to work in Canada. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in a SaaS business model, comprehension of customer retention and upselling strategies, experience with cross-functional teams, familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, NPS, Churn), background with CRM tools, Customer Success Platforms, and Analytics Software, an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 1+ years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, or CMMS usage, relevant certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, and bilingual abilities.
The Customer Success Manager will manage and grow relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact. They will proactively engage with customers to understand their success metrics, goals, KPIs, and challenges. The role involves retaining and growing licensing, upgrades, and site opportunities within the assigned portfolio, driving repeatable and predictable outcomes for customers, and identifying customer needs to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure value is reached.
