Strong service management and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities

The Asset Management Process Manager will serve as the primary Asset Management Resource for assigned sites, providing daily support and technical guidance to meet objectives. Responsibilities include managing work orders in the CMMS Asset Management Database, overseeing account/site inventory, encouraging program growth, tracking client invoice payments, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability. This role involves conducting account/site operations per contract terms, supporting overall account strategy for revenue and margin goals, developing and presenting quarterly business reviews, assisting with data collection and analysis of customer metrics, and ensuring compliance with asset management and regulatory guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for accurate data input, customer concern resolution, monitoring service activities, maintaining service and financial documents, reviewing field service reports for accuracy, adhering to security and safety procedures, supporting the use of other Thermo Fisher products and services, and participating in PPI project teams to improve business performance. Travel to multiple client locations may be required, up to 60%.
