Candidates should possess 5 years of work experience with data and analytics used for strategic business decisions, proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python or similar languages, and proven knowledge of customer lifecycle stages. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong customer-facing skills, and attention to detail are also required.
The Strategic Customer Success Manager will foster and build relationships with assigned customers, establish a trusted advisor relationship, proactively work with customers to establish goals and KPIs, build success plans, orchestrate enablement sessions, advocate customer needs, and remain up-to-date on Alteryx solutions while adhering to company procedures. They will also travel up to 25% of the time to support customer success.
