The Customer Success Manager will proactively own and manage customer success, collaborating with customers to align expectations and execute onboarding plans. They will work closely with various business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Support, Marketing, and Product teams, to ensure customer success. This role involves managing a book of existing clients, securing retention, and driving growth, as well as partnering with the sales team to develop and execute plans for customer results and renewals.
