Position Overview

Valorx is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers post-sale. The goal is to drive adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively own and manage customer success.
  • Collaborate with customers to align partnership expectations and build/execute onboarding plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Business Development, Support, Marketing, and Product, to ensure client success.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, taking responsibility for retention and driving growth.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for achieving results within your customer base, focusing on successful renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
  • B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong writing, strategic thinking, efficient prospecting, and planning skills.
  • Ability to adapt or willingness to develop a growth mindset.
  • Motivated with a competitive drive, eagerness to learn, and humility.
  • Proven track record of renewal achievement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience in the SaaS/Cloud space is a significant advantage.
