The Customer Success Manager must be passionate about business building, comfortable tackling complex and ambiguous problems, and possess strong data analysis and cross-functional project management skills. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for operational and product-related issues. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating churn risks, driving platform feature adoption, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requests, and championing new products and capabilities to facilitate client expansion. They will also collect and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders to improve products and operations.
