Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree, along with 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions, and preferably 5+ years in customer success roles, particularly within security companies managing large enterprise customers. Strong database/SQL skills are required, and domain expertise in Mobility & Security is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals, referenceability, and facilitate expansion opportunities with sales teams, drive product adoption and demonstrate business value, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and be the primary interface to manage risks and escalations, gather customer feedback about products and their use-cases, assist the Customer with deployment planning, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to address customer issues.
