Requirements

  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience selling into SME and Enterprise level accounts
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level contacts, negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and best practices
  • Ability to work on-site from the Tokyo, Japan office

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior management and C-level contacts
  • Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
  • Present Keeper solutions to customers
  • Troubleshoot challenges and manage issues with the broader Keeper team
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business
  • Close deals and drive sales targets
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese and English
