Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior management and C-level contacts
Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
Present Keeper solutions to customers
Troubleshoot challenges and manage issues with the broader Keeper team
Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business
Close deals and drive sales targets
Communicate effectively in Japanese and English
