Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment, and a Bachelor’s Degree. They should have proven experience in customer success, client management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment, along with technical acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will oversee the deployment and integration of the Leadership Intelligence Platform at major clients, ensuring successful adoption and client satisfaction. They will guide client and internal teams through platform transitions, collaborate with technical teams on integration challenges, monitor platform performance, and achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Additionally, the CSM will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gather and analyze client feedback for platform improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, while ensuring effective documentation and communication of feedback.
