Requirements

  • Experienced in Customer Success Management or similar post-sales roles
  • Passion for driving tangible business outcomes, measured by customer satisfaction (BTL, OTL, ATL) and revenue retention/expansion
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and strategically expand engagement with Highspot
  • Expertise in driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering advocacy across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other functions
  • Proven track record of driving customer value and revenue retention
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to proactively identify account risks and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Deployment Consultants, Technical Account Managers) to optimize implementations
  • Expertise in the Highspot platform
  • Capability to deliver customer-facing milestones (e.g., Mutual Value Plans, Solution Health Reviews, Strategic Business Reviews)
  • Comfortable partnering with Account Management for renewals and expansions
  • Experience supporting global customer base, potentially managing or supporting books of business for large/strategic customers

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased engagement, proactively addressing risks to ensure retention
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions and help customers achieve their goals
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks by monitoring adoption metrics and sentiment analysis, escalating issues as needed to ensure retention and growth
  • Develop account maps, identifying key players, and understanding customers’ businesses via 10k and other publicly available information
  • Enable customers to realize the full value of the Highspot platform and articulate that value throughout their company
  • Deeply understand customers’ needs, thoughtfully helping business leaders find opportunities to expand value, footprint, and depth of engagement
  • Multi-thread to stakeholders across Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and others at all levels
