Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise-level relationship management, with preference for experience in a healthcare technology setting. Strong experience in engaging with physician practices and understanding the ACO REACH model and MSSP is desired.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Customer Success will directly manage larger customer accounts, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience and driving product and workflow adoption. They will serve as the main point of contact for all ACO related needs, conduct quarterly business reviews, and work with internal teams such as Practice Transformation, Data Science, and ACO Operations to optimize provider performance. The role involves developing strategic narratives, partnering with Customer Marketing, and driving account expansion and contract renewals, while utilizing data to identify cost drivers and develop referral and care management strategies.
