Candidates should have a track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion, excel at communication, be extremely organized, and be results driven with a commitment to precision and quality. Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize information concisely are essential, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead customer implementations, serve as the primary point of contact for Abridge’s partners, own the creation and execution of project plans, identify and manage project risks, communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also be responsible for instilling confidence and trust in partners, driving on-time implementations, and overseeing all phases of implementation, including kickoffs, configuration, testing, training, and go-live stabilization. Furthermore, you will identify areas for process and tool improvements, participate in the creation of repeatable processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at partner sites.
