Responsibilities
- Educate members on the complete course of the program
- Support and guide members in procuring the necessary items required to start the program
- Understand and strictly adhere to the onboarding process
- Schedule trainings and consultations for onboarding members
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Act as a single point of contact for new members during onboarding, addressing queries and concerns promptly
- Handle member grievances with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities
